How to book Hakone Ginyu

Hakone Ginyu takes no bookings on its own website: rooms are taken by telephone, in Japanese or English, and each date opens on a set day well ahead.

Why it is hard from abroad

  • No booking on its own website
  • Rooms released on set dates, months ahead

Good to know

  • New Year dates open separately
  • Western breakfast must be asked for when booking
  • The spa pavilion can be hired by one party a night, 21:00 to 23:00
  • Cancellation charges start three days before arrival
