How to book Miyamasou

Miyamasou is a four-room inn in the Hanase mountains north of Kyoto, whose tsumikusa cooking holds three MICHELIN stars. The inn takes some bookings only by telephone, takes stays of one night only, and closes several days each month.

Why it is hard from abroad

  • Some rooms booked only by telephone, in Japanese

Good to know

  • One night only
  • No children of primary-school age or younger
  • Dinner from 18:30, last start 19:00; tell the inn of allergies and dislikes in advance
  • Mobile signal is weak in the valley

Ready to stay here?

Tell us where and when. Our team in Japan books the room we would choose, at the inn’s own rate, settles your requests with the inn, and stays in touch before and during your stay. Price and cancellation terms are confirmed with you first.
