How to book Arcana Izu
Arcana Izu opens its sixteen suites on set dates months ahead, earlier by telephone than online, and the Christmas menu week is sold by telephone only. Consecutive nights are normally not accepted, so most stays are a single night.
Why it is hard from abroad
- Some rooms booked only by telephone, in Japanese
- Rooms released on set dates, months ahead
Good to know
- Guests aged 12 and over only
- Two guests a room, three only in the River Wing Suite
- Smart casual in the restaurant: no room wear or slippers
- No strong perfume, aroma oils or incense

Q&A
Consecutive nights are normally not accepted and have to be asked for. Our team in Japan books Arcana Izu at the hotel's own rate and can make that request.
