Yamanaka Onsen, Kagaかよう亭
The Kayotei
The Kayotei is a ten-room ryokan in Yamanaka Onsen, a hot-spring village in the hills above Kaga in Ishikawa, set among its own forest and gardens above the river gorge. Its rooms are built in the sukiya tea-pavilion style along tatami-floored corridors hung with painted screens and pottery, and the inn arranges visits to local lacquer, wood-turning and paper-making workshops.
