Gora Kadan Fuji
Gora Kadan Fuji is the Hakone ryokan's second house, opened in July 2025 at Subashiri, Oyama, on the eastern foot of Mount Fuji, looking due west at the summit. Its 42 all-suite rooms, three of them detached villas, have tatami sukiya-style rooms and private baths, with four restaurants on one floor, hot-spring baths and an infinity pool beside a 36-hole golf course.
