A resort of 64 pavilions, 12 pool villas and 22 residences on 13 hectares in the Mae Rim valley north of Chiang Mai, facing the Doi Suthep range, opened in 1995 and a Four Seasons since 2003. It is laid out like a Lanna village, with the pavilions set around a working rice farm, lakes, lily ponds and a family of water buffalo.

A two-storey resort of pagoda-style pavilions on nine acres of bamboo, lily ponds and lagoon at 5 Lingyin Road, on the shore of West Lake. Built in traditional Jiangnan style on the site of the old Jin Sha Gang cultural village, it has 72 rooms, six suites and three villas.

A 34-storey, 531-key tower at 199 George Street in The Rocks, on the site of a former colonial jail above Sydney Cove and Circular Quay. Opened in 1982 as The Regent and run by Four Seasons since 1992; about 60 per cent of the rooms look at the Harbour Bridge or the Opera House, some at both.
