Zaborin

Zaborin is a ryokan of fifteen villa suites set in birch woods at Hanazono, outside Kutchan in the Niseko area, with views to Mount Yotei and the Annupuri range. It was designed by architect Makoto Nakayama with creative director Shouya Grigg, and pairs its own free-flowing hot spring in every villa with chef Yoshihiro Seno's kita kaiseki.
