Enowa Yufuin

ENOWA Yufuin is a 19-room auberge opened in June 2023 on a 44,000 sq m hillside above the Yufuin basin in Oita, looking across to Mount Yufu and the town, with ten villas and a two-storey hotel wing, every room with its own hot-spring bath. It is built around its farm and the restaurant JIMGU, where Tibetan-born chef Tashi Gyamtso cooks a daily menu from what is harvested that morning, with a sauna in the woods and a spa.
