Entry rooms are a generous 40 sq m, so the Cozy and Deluxe differ little; the Premier is the corner room, at 42 sq m. Floors alternate pink and blue neon themes, and every room has floor-to-ceiling windows.

Tadao Ando designed the black monolith exterior as a minimalist shell over exuberant interiors, a nod to Edo-period merchants who dressed plainly in public; the interiors are by concrete of Amsterdam, with an origami- and kirigami-inspired entrance tunnel, kokeshi dolls in the Living Room and an eBoy pixel 'pixorama' of Osaka behind each closet. Developed with Sekisui House and opened in March 2021.
