The Tokyo Station Hotel
The Tokyo Station Hotel occupies the red-brick Marunouchi building of Tokyo Station, designed by Kingo Tatsuno and an Important Cultural Property, with rooms facing Gyoko-dori towards the Imperial Palace, looking into the station's domes, or on the station side. It opened in 1915 and reopened in 2012 after a five-year restoration that rebuilt the third floor and domes lost in the war.
