Nagatacho, Tokyoザ・キャピトルホテル 東急
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu
The Capitol Hotel Tokyu is the 2010 rebuild of the 1963 Tokyo Hilton, later the Capitol Tokyu Hotel, where the Beatles stayed; its rooms fill the 18th to 29th floors of a tower beside Hie Shrine in Nagatacho, near the National Diet. Kengo Kuma designed the building, with a timber-eaved entrance wrapped by a pond, shoji screens in the rooms and ink paintings by Toko Shinoda at reception.

Tell us your dates and our team in Japan books it for you, at the hotel’s own rate. We ask for the room we would choose and look after everything else with the hotel on your behalf: your preferences and requests, any special arrangement, from a celebration to a car from the station, and whatever you need before and during your stay. The price and cancellation terms are confirmed with you first.
Guests with tattoos are not admitted to the fitness club and pool, except small fashion tattoos the hotel approves.
Haneda is the nearest airport; the limousine bus from Haneda is suspended, so the hotel books hire cars through its Bell Captain desk. Narita is 80–120 minutes by limousine bus.
