Of the eleven whose tenure is published, six are leasehold; four are leasehold, 999 years and one is leasehold, 150 years; at One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental the lease runs 999 years. Owners can let through a hotel-run rental programme at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair and The Residences at The Westin London City. Owners may let their homes privately at One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental.

At One Hyde Park: The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, about £29 per sq ft a year (2026): £129,000 a year on a 4,400 sq ft four-bedroom. At The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, about £24 per sq ft a year (2026, estimate), including insurance, excluding VAT; no ground rent. At The OWO Residences by Raffles, about £19.73 per sq ft a year (2026), covering the Raffles-run residential team: 24-hour concierge and security, valet and porterage, pre-arrival shopping, communal housekeeping and maintenance, daily newspapers, house car and dog sitting. Of the eleven that publish their services, ten offer a concierge, eight offer housekeeping, five offer in-residence dining or room service, seven offer valet parking and two offer a butler or residence manager.
