Yunoyama Onsen, Komono湯の山 素粋居

Yunoyama Sosuikyo

Yunoyama Sosuikyo is a group of twelve villas opened in 2020 by the AQUAIGNIS hot-spring resort, set in woodland on the Mitaki River at Yunoyama Onsen in Komono, at the foot of Mount Gozaisho. Each villa is built around one of eight materials (earth, stone, plaster, wood, lacquer, washi, glass, iron) and furnished with contemporary art, craft and antiques chosen by the ceramicist Koichi Uchida, with its own hot-spring bath; guests eat at restaurants on site or at AQUAIGNIS.
