Rosewood Hotels & Resorts opened Rosewood AMAALA to guests on 18 August 2026, at Triple Bay on the northwestern Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia. It is Rosewood's first resort in the country.
The resort spans 40 hectares and has 110 pool villas, every one of them facing the sea. The architecture is by ACPV Architects, the practice of Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, and the interiors are by Tristan Auer. There are eight restaurants and lounges, and rates start from SAR 4,000 a night (2026).
Wellness is centred on Asaya, which covers 2,100 square metres with six treatment rooms, a double suite, a private hammam and two fitness centres. Within Asaya are three Lodges, which require a minimum stay of five nights.
Guests fly into Red Sea International Airport or Al Wajh International Airport, and can also arrive by seaplane, by private aircraft or by sea at the marina.
Rosewood AMAALA is one of nine resorts planned for AMAALA, which is expected to have more than 1,600 hotel rooms once complete. Triple Bay also has branded homes, at Four Seasons Private Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay and Six Senses Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay. In the Gulf, Rosewood's own residences include Rosewood Residences Abu Dhabi, Rosewood Doha Residences and Rosewood Residences Dubai, planned for 2029.
For guests, the resort is open now, with every villa on the water and a pool of its own. Those booking one of the Asaya Lodges should plan for at least five nights.
