Keturah, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences at Keturah Resort on Dubai Creek, said in a project update on 6 April 2026 that 110 of the resort's 193 apartments have been sold and four of its 12 waterfront mansions secured. According to the developer, construction has continued as planned in recent weeks.
The gated resort combines 12 Creek-side mansions of 42,000 sq ft each with eight residential buildings holding the 193 apartments. It also includes a five-star Ritz-Carlton boutique hotel, a standalone wellness centre and a private marina with moorings for yachts of up to 120 feet. The site lies next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, whose mangroves draw more than 20,000 birds of 67 species, the greater flamingo among them. It has more than 550 metres of waterfront promenade and 80,000 sq m of landscaped gardens.
The eight remaining mansions are priced between AED 335 million and AED 363 million (2026). When the mansions were first released in 2022, they were offered at AED 177 million each. Apartments of two and three bedrooms, and penthouses, start at about 2,498 sq ft. Handover is expected in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The homes are managed under the Ritz-Carlton name, with concierge and butler service and in-residence dining. Residents can use the Keturah Wellness Centre, with a spa, a health and fitness club, several yoga rooms and a health care facility, and a Residents Club with a restaurant lounge, a library and a business centre. The resort is certified by Delos, the American wellness real estate firm, and by the International WELL Building Institute.
"Dubai's luxury property market has always emerged from periods of uncertainty with renewed momentum," said Talal Al Gaddah, chief executive and founder of Keturah, who added that the company sees international buyers looking for freehold homes with a hotel brand behind them.
Keturah adds to a growing list of Ritz-Carlton residences in Dubai, alongside Business Bay and the Dubai International Financial Centre.
For a buyer, more than 80 of the 193 apartments are still available off-plan, with construction under way and handover planned for late 2027. At the top end, eight of the 12 mansions remain. Their asking prices, nearly double those of 2022, show how far the top of Dubai's market has moved in four years.
