A penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston, asking $30m, went under contract in early May 2026, Mansion Global reported. According to the developer, Deiso Moss, it is the highest-priced condominium transaction ever signed in Texas, based on public records. For scale, the developer cites MLS data showing 26 condominium sales above $5m across the state since 2021.
On 15 May Deiso Moss said sales had passed $203m four months after they began, with about $53m of that in the previous 30 days. About 80% of buyers come from greater Houston, and nearly half live inside the Loop.
The 45-storey tower at 2120 Post Oak Boulevard, in Uptown Houston, will combine a 156-room Ritz-Carlton hotel with 112 branded residences for whole ownership. The homes have two and three bedrooms, with a penthouse collection above, and prices start at about $3m (2026). Completion is estimated for autumn 2029.
Deiso Moss is developing the tower with Cleary Interests. Pickard Chilton designed it, Ziegler Cooper Architects is architect of record, and Rottet Studio designed the interiors. Every residence has private outdoor space, residents have a full level of amenities with wellness spaces, and in-residence dining, spa services and housekeeping are offered.
Elsewhere in Texas, Ritz-Carlton residences include The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dallas, open since 2007, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Woodlands, due in 2027. In Houston itself, other branded projects include The St. Regis Residences, Houston and Four Seasons Private Residences Houston.
For a buyer, this is an off-plan purchase with completion estimated for autumn 2029, in a building whose sales so far have come mostly from local buyers.
