Raffles Jeddah opens on the Corniche, beside 120 residences

Raffles Jeddah opened for bookings from 25 May 2026 on the Corniche in Jeddah. It is the brand's second property in Saudi Arabia, after Raffles Makkah Palace, according to the announcement carried by TradeArabia.

The hotel is one of two towers. The first holds 182 rooms and suites, 142 guest rooms and 40 suites, all facing the sea and starting at about 66 sq m. The second holds 120 residential apartments, the Raffles Residences Jeddah, each with a private terrace and a view of the Red Sea.

The residences

The residences have three to five bedrooms, with duplexes and penthouses among them, from 375 to 666 sq m. The residential tower rises 48 storeys. Prices started from about SAR9.7m (2025). The developer is Erth Real Estate Developer Company and the architect DSA Architects International. Owners have Raffles butler service.

The hotel

Robert Angell designed the guest rooms, suites and public spaces, and Tristan Du Plessis the spa and wellness floors. At launch there are two places to eat, Surl'O brasserie and Atorie Lounge & Patisserie, with a third, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant to follow. King Abdulaziz International Airport is a 25-minute drive.

Other branded homes are on the way in Jeddah: the Four Seasons Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche, 64 homes due in 2027, and Mandarin Oriental Residences Jeddah, 187 homes due in 2030.

Raffles has residences in other cities, among them Raffles Residences Diriyah, due in 2027, and The OWO Residences by Raffles in London.

For a resident, the hotel next door is now open, so the restaurants, spa and Raffles service of a working hotel are a lift ride and a podium away.
