Sales opened on 23 September 2026 at Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences in Nine Elms, London. The developer, Valouran, has brought the homes to market with Knightcrest, with two show apartments by the designer Christian Bense.
There are 103 turnkey residences, set above the Park Hyatt London River Thames hotel on the south bank of the Thames, in the same tower. They occupy floors 20 to 41 of the tower, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, and range from one to three bedrooms, with a small number of penthouses.
The two show apartments are on Level 26: a three-bedroom and a one-bedroom, both with interiors by Christian Bense. Prices have not been published.
Residents have their own lounge on Level 19, with a media room and business suite, and the use of the hotel's restaurants, spa, 20-metre indoor pool and gym, with priority booking at its restaurants and bar. The homes are offered ready to move into, rather than off-plan.
Christian Bense is the first of several designers expected to work on the residences.
Park Hyatt also has residences in Niseko, Japan. In London it joins a busy field of branded homes, most of them north of the river in Mayfair and Knightsbridge. Nine Elms offers a different setting: a newer riverside district, with homes on high floors above the Thames. For comparison, the city's other recent hotel-branded homes include Four Seasons at Twenty Grosvenor Square and Mandarin Oriental, Mayfair, both in Mayfair and both with a hotel on site, as here.
Most branded homes on sale in London are still under construction. These are finished, so buyers can see the show apartments, the views and the hotel in operation before they commit, and move in on completion of the purchase.
