News: Macao Welcomes Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel in 2025

Remember our report about the Sheraton Macau published earlier this month? When we stayed at Sheraton Grand Macau in March 2024, one of the lounge staff mentioned the hotel will be upgraded to a higher category brand by the same Marriott group.

This early insight has now been confirmed with Marriott International's official announcement of an agreement with Sands China Ltd. to introduce The Luxury Collection brand to Macao.

The newly branded property, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, is anticipated to open in January 2025 with 2,405 rooms, including a significant increase in suite—1,500 compared to the previous 360 under the Sheraton brand.

The building accommodates 4 leading luxury hotel brands, including The St. Regis, Conrad, The Londoner, and the biggest Sheraton in the world, Sheraton Grand, which will become Luxury Collection.
