Four Seasons announced on 15 June 2026 that Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is open, having taken its first guests the weekend before. The resort is on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coast, in the AMAALA destination developed by Red Sea Global, and it is the second destination there to open.
The Four Seasons Private Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay are 26 private villas, from 552 sq m (5,900 sq ft) to more than 1,000 sq m. Each has its own pool and a view of the Red Sea. Prices have not been published. The resort and villas were designed by U+A, a Dubai practice.
The hotel has 202 rooms, suites and garden villas, all facing the sea. HYLIAA Wellness & Spa covers 2,095 sq m (22,550 sq ft), with a fitness area of 511 sq m (5,500 sq ft). There are five pools and 900 m of private beach. MAA Social, OAASIS Lounge and ALMAA Pool & Bar are open now; ZAATAR, SAFAA Beach Bar and Lounge and ROCK BAAR are due later in the year. Triple Bay also has a yacht club and marina village.
Four Seasons opened its resort on Shura Island, in Red Sea Global's other destination on the same coast, a month earlier; the Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island are villas beside it. In Jeddah, the brand's residences at the Corniche are due in 2027.
For a buyer, these are finished homes inside an operating Four Seasons resort, with the spa, beach and restaurants already running. With only 26 villas, supply is small.
