Bugatti Residences Miami planned on the Miami River in Brickell

Prosper Group and Versluys Group announced Bugatti Residences Miami on 17 September 2026: a 60-storey tower of 183 residences, four of them penthouses, at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Brickell. It is Bugatti's first branded residential development in the United States, following Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai.

The developers put the total development cost at $650m (2026). Brandon Haw Architecture designed the tower and Yabu Pushelberg the interiors. The design draws on the C-line motif that the brand used on its cars of the 1930s.

The site has more than 300 feet of frontage on the Miami River, with access by water to Biscayne Bay, so owners will be able to reach the bay by boat from the building. Rhodium, Bugatti's exclusive global residential operating partner, will run the tower.

Sales are expected to launch in the first half of 2027.

The tower joins a crowded field of branded homes in Miami. On Biscayne Boulevard, Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is nearing full height, with completion expected in 2028, and on Brickell Key, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami is due in 2030. Bugatti's tower stands apart in carrying the name of a car maker and in being run by a residential operator, Rhodium.

For a buyer, there is nothing to reserve yet. The project is at the announcement stage, with its design team and operator named and its sales launch set for the first half of 2027, and its draw is the river frontage and the boat access to the bay that come with the site.
