Aman Dubai breaks ground on the Dubai Peninsula

H&H, the developer, and Aman Group announced in April 2026 that they had broken ground on Aman Dubai, a hotel and residences at the tip of the Dubai Peninsula in Jumeirah 2, Dubai. H&H described the groundbreaking as the move from planning to delivery.

The project combines an Aman hotel with 78 branded residences, Aman Residences, Dubai, and a limited collection of Waterfront Villas. The residences are in two towers and range from two to five bedrooms, with a multi-level penthouse at the top. Kerry Hill Architects designed the scheme, on a beachfront plot with nine acres of landscaped gardens and a private white-sand beach.

According to H&H, DBB Contracting has finished the ground soil improvement works for both the residences and the hotel. Swissboring has been appointed for the enabling and piling works, which were set to start in the middle of the second quarter of 2026.

The developer also reported on sales. Two penthouses in the residences have sold, one at what H&H calls a record price, and it says demand has held up since launch. Homes are priced from about AED48m (2026).

The plans include the largest Aman Club to date, at 9,500 square metres, alongside a 2,890-square-metre Aman Spa and Wellness centre.

Other Aman residences in cities include Aman Residences, Tokyo, open since 2023, and Aman Residences, New York.

For a buyer, Aman Dubai is now in the ground but still at the foundation stage, with piling only starting in the second quarter of 2026.
