Auberge residences

Of the six priced in US$, the lowest starting price is US$2.25m, at Esperanza Residences, and the highest US$12.2m, at The Auberge Residences at Element 52. The middle of the range is about US$7m. Three more are priced in other currencies.

The smallest homes start at about 550 sq ft, at Goldener Hirsch Residences; the largest reach 15,000 sq ft, at The Knox Residences, Auberge Collection. Across the eight that publish sizes, the smallest home in a typical building is about 3,000 sq ft.

Owners can let through a hotel-run rental programme at Chileno Bay Residences; Stanly Ranch Residences, Auberge Collection and The Residences at Blue Sky, Auberge Collection.

Of the twelve that publish their services, seven offer a concierge, three offer housekeeping, one offers in-residence dining or room service, five offer valet parking and two offer a butler or residence manager. At Esperanza Residences, some of these are charged as used.

The Knox Residences, Auberge Collection, due in 2027; The Residences at Shell Bay, due in 2027 and The Shore Club Private Collection, due in 2027. Off-plan homes are sold before completion, usually against staged payments.
