Nara Kasugaokuyama Tsukihitei

Tsukihitei is a five-room ryokan of detached houses in the Kasugayama Primeval Forest, a World Heritage site, about ten minutes' walk from Kasuga Taisha in Nara Park. It is run above all for its kaiseki, built in 1903 as the Nara governor's guest house, and has no hot spring and no televisions.

Q&A

Tell us your dates and our team in Japan books it for you, at the inn’s own rate. We ask for the room we would choose and look after everything else with the inn on your behalf: your preferences and requests, any special arrangement, from a celebration to a car from the station, and whatever you need before and during your stay. The price and cancellation terms are confirmed with you first.
