Higashiyama, Kyotoシックスセンシズ 京都
Six Senses Kyoto
Six Senses Kyoto is the brand's first hotel in Japan, opened in April 2024 on a 4,858 sq m site in Higashiyama, opposite Toyokuni Shrine and within walking distance of Myoho-in and Sanjusangen-do. Its 81 rooms and suites look onto the inner courtyard, the shrine's garden or the city, and the interiors draw on the Heian period, the Tale of Genji and the animals of the Choju-giga scrolls.
