Australia's first Luxury Collection hotel, at 12 Murray Street in Parliament Square behind Tasmania's Parliament House, between Hobart's CBD, the Derwent waterfront and Salamanca Place. It joins three eras in one block: 1840s Georgian sandstone buildings, a 1940s Art Deco block and a glass Pavilion added in the 2020s.

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

A 34-storey, 531-key tower at 199 George Street in The Rocks, on the site of a former colonial jail above Sydney Cove and Circular Quay. Opened in 1982 as The Regent and run by Four Seasons since 1992; about 60 per cent of the rooms look at the Harbour Bridge or the Opera House, some at both.
