Late Checkout
Corporate
Business travel, without the administration
Conferences, offsites, roadshows, and the executive who decides on a Thursday to fly on the Friday. We hold the rooms, negotiate the rate and absorb the logistics, so the only thing your team has to think about is the reason they are going.

The standard
The public rate is the worst price a hotel will take
Through Fora and our IATA accreditation we book into the consortia programmes — Marriott STARS and Luminous, Four Seasons Preferred Partner, Hyatt Privé, Hilton Impresario and their equivalents. The rate is negotiated rather than listed, and the extras arrive as a standard of the programme rather than as a favour asked at the desk: a room category upgrade at check-in, breakfast for two, a food and beverage credit, and late checkout where the house can give it.
On one night for one person that is a pleasant surprise. On a fifteen-room block across four nights it is a line in the budget, and it is the same line every time you book.
Why us
Six things you are actually buying
One person, not a portal
The same advisor holds your account, knows which of your directors will not take a room above the eighth floor, and answers directly. There is no queue and no ticket number.
Rooming lists, handled
Send us the spreadsheet. We allocate, submit, chase the confirmations and come back to you with one list that is correct, rather than eleven emails that are nearly correct.
Rates you cannot see
Consortia and negotiated corporate rates are not published, and they do not appear on the booking sites your team is comparing against. We book into them as a matter of course.
Changes at short notice
Plans move. We hold flexible inventory where it matters, and we know which properties will quietly release a room for a good client at five in the afternoon.
Billing that reconciles
One statement, coded the way your finance team wants it, with folios attached. No one is chasing a hotel in another time zone for a VAT receipt.
A record of every stay
Where your people stayed, what it cost, and what was included — kept so that next year’s negotiation starts from evidence rather than from memory.
How it runs
Four steps, in order
I
Brief
Dates, city, headcount, the shape of the week, and the things that are not negotiable — proximity to the venue, a quiet floor, a room that can hold a dinner for eight.
II
Sourcing
We put the requirement to the properties that can actually hold it, with rates and inclusions side by side, and tell you which one we would take and why.
III
Holding
Rooms blocked and contracted, attrition and cut-off dates read properly, names submitted, confirmations back in one place.
IV
On the ground
We are reachable while your people are travelling, and the hotel knows whose guests these are. Anything that goes wrong comes to us, not to your chief of staff.
An account, not a booking
The first trip is where we prove it is worth handing over. After that it becomes a standing arrangement: we already hold the preferences, the billing codes and the properties that worked.
