After spending 3 days in Sydney, looking for the best neighbourhood to accommodate for ourselves for a month, it was time for us to discover the Southern most part of Australia, Tasmania.
This property happens to be the first Luxury Collection hotel to debut in Australia and opened its door just 2 years ago in 2022.
Coming over to Australia in summer became a once-every-year activity for us to escape the heat in East Asia. When we stayed in Melbourne in 2023, we noticed there is this interesting Luxury Collection hotel property in Hobart and it was a dream come true.
